There are a lot of choices out there for a Kentucky Lake vacation. When you come to Lakeview, you are treated as family, not just another dollar sign. Our hospitality is second to none. Our family has been boaters, RVers and outdoors people for a long time. We have traveled all over the place we have a good idea as to what guests are looking for. We are a family owned and operated resort. Our family does 100% of the work and we take pride in every aspect of our resort. Since our family purchased Lakeview in 2021 we have done countless upgrades from new cabins, renovations, reliable Wi-Fi that covers the entire property, new furniture, beach expanded with new sand, large pavilion for guest use and the list goes on. We have some of the best rates on cabins, rental boats, RV sites and boat slips with no silly fees like AirBnB or VRBO. We do everything we can to make Lakeview affordable for families. This is the place to get a way from it all. We are far enough away from town to be secluded and close enough for quick day trips or supply runs. We are on one of the largest and deepest coves on Kentucky Lake. Great for pleasure boating and fishing. This is a home away from home. Lakeview Cottages & Marina has a long and proud presence on Kentucky Lake since its founding in 1949. We are located in Cypress Cove, just north of Paris Landing on the TN/KY state line. Cypress cove is one of the deepest and largest coves on Kentucky Lake. We are only 25 minutes from Murray, KY and 30 minutes from Paris, TN. We have the perfect get away from it all location. Far enough to get away but close enough to do some exploring at the Land Between the Lakes or shopping/site seeing at some local towns. Whether you are coming for great fishing, water recreation, family reunion, waterfowl and deer hunting, or just that special get-away, Lakeview Cottages & Marina is just for you!
Kentucky Lake is known for its fishing and family-oriented activities. Many activities like sightseeing, ATV riding and historical settings are located at "Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area", which is just a short drive or boat ride across the lake.
Our location is perfect for the outdoor sportsman. Some of our cabins can hold 8 to 9 guests. Making a group hunting or fishing trip very affordable. All of our boat slips are covered with electric and within a 60 second walk to any cabin. During spring fishing we have a large indoor minnow tank with a commercial water chiller so you can buy fresh minnow bait on site and not have to stock up before your trip. We also carry a variety of live worms and general tackle. First time Fishing Clubs and Hunting Clubs will receive 10% off their first visit (10% off not valid from Memorial Day to Labor Day). With our competitive pricing, hospitality, and location we can almost guarantee that you will be back!
